  • We’re happy to welcome up to two pets per apartment in our pet-friendly community. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 applies for each dog or cat. Breed restrictions do apply, and all pets must be approved and registered with the leasing office prior to move-in. Pet owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior and cleanliness, including proper disposal of pet waste in designated areas. Our goal is to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all residents—both two-legged and four-legged. For full details and breed guidelines, please contact your community office.

  • Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking—including the use of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, vaping devices, hookahs, or any similar products—is not permitted anywhere on the property. This includes individual apartment units, common areas (e.g., lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, community centers), balconies, patios, and any shared outdoor spaces.
